wenn ich eine - wie ich fürchte - blöde Frage stellen darf: ist es
ungünstig, wenn man gar nichts abschließt, also auch nicht mit dem
Werkzeug Buchabschluss? <br>
Seit Jan. 2014 arbeite ich mit Gnucash
(Einnahme-Überschuss-Rechnung; bin sehr zufrieden!*), vorher
Jahrzehnte lang mit Quickbooks, und nie habe ich irgendwas
abgeschlossen. Wird in Gnucash z.B. mal die Datei zu groß oder gibt
es sonst einen Nachteil? Ich schätze die so gegebene Übersicht über
frühere Jahre.<br>

Die Frage ist, ob du die Buchhaltung jeweils abschliessen
willst. Da es sich hier ja nur um die Aktiva und Passiva
Konten handelt (die Aufwendungen und Erträge werden ja
jeweils über Werkzeuge-->Buchabschluss abgeschlossen
und für's nächste Buchungsjahr "genullt"), welche in der
Regel weiterlaufen, würde ich diese gar nicht erst
abschliessen.<br>

Wenn du eine Bilanz willst, kannst du dies ja über
Berichte-->Aktiva & Passiva-->Bilanz erledigen.
Das Total der jeweiligen Konten eines Buchungsjahres
findest du über Berichte-->Kontenübersicht. Dort kannst
du dann jeweils unter dem Button "Optionen" deine Berichte
für jedes Buchungsjahr nach deinen Bedürfnissen erstellen
und diesen auf deinem PC speichern. So mache ich das
zumindest.<br>
