Today it was reported that Wiki new-user registrations were not<br>
working.  We traced this down to an update to mediawiki without also<br>
updating an extension back in February.  This presented as an Internal<br>
Error whenever someone tried to register for a wiki account.<br>
<br>
The errant extensions have been updated and the resigration service<br>
should now be working.<br>
<br>
We apologize if you were affected by this outage.<br>
