I have updated the development version to use xml-i18n-tools
to help collect translatable strings from other sources than
C files, such as glade files and the gnucash .desktop entry.
If you are compiling gnucash from CVS, you will need to obtain
the xml-i18n-tools package from
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/xml-i18n-tools
If you are not using CVS, you don't need to do anything.
For translators, you no longer need to translate
src/gnome/gnucash.desktop, those strings will be
collected into the po files and used in creating
the desktop file.
