Make error in src/import-export

Hi, 
I'm getting this error when trying to build from CVS this morning:
make[3]: Entering directory 
`/home/dad/gnc_cvs/gnucash2/gnucash/src/import-export'
Making all in .
make[4]: Entering directory 
`/home/dad/gnc_cvs/gnucash2/gnucash/src/import-export'
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `Utilities.c', needed by `Utilities.lo'.  
Stop.

I've preformed a make clean this morning prior to grabbing the latest CVS. 
Any ideas?
