make distcheck problems

Hi all,

Now I've got to do a whine here. The release I am doing tonight has been
plagued by problems with the make distcheck stage of the process. That's
the part where make builds a tarball, then attempts to make gnucash from
that tarball. The reason for the problems? People forgetting to make
sure when they add files into the build its also setup for make dist so
the files actually end up in the tarball!
PLEASE check this, it causes me no end of recompiles having to correct
the Makefiles and rebuild things.

Thanks
Chris
