tagging SX accounts

That would require "knowing" about all the open GLs.  I think an
SX-creates kvp-slot-entry on SX-Accounts would be fine.  Then we can
search on "split->account->kvp-value("key") != TRUE".  (I need to
verify that this will work, but it theoretically should).
