It still is.  I recently got it "working" again (enough of the rest of
the engine had changed that the code bitrotted a bit).  The problem is
lack of time, and the fact that all the current generic-import UI work
isn't quite as "robust" as the existant qif-import druid.  Also,
nobody really has the time to figure out how to plug the qif-io-core
into the generic-import UI.
