Update-Finance-Quote dependancy of libwww-perl

If Finance::Quote depends on libwww-perl, then:

        CPAN::Shell->install('Finance::Quote');

should pull it in in the Finance::Quote CPAN dependencies.   This is
not a Gnucash bug.
