Release of GnuCash stable version 1.8.9

Well done on getting another release out.  The silent majority sitting
out in the bleachers love the work you're doing!  :-)

Made the .rpm on RH9 without any problems.  There is a slight issue
when installing/upgrading from 1.8.8 though, related to the info
files...


 > rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/gnucash-1.8.9-1.RH9.i386.rpm
 install-info: warning: no info dir entry in `/usr/share/info/gnucash-design.info.gz'


Is this a known issue or do you want a bug report?
