g-wrap 1.9.5 and G2 branch

Well, in fact G-Wrap 1.9.5 ships with g-wrap-config for compatibility
with older versions of G-Wrap, I just missed to include it in the
Debian packages. A new version of libgwrap-runtime0-dev is in
preparation. Nevertheless, using pkg-config is the recommended way to
check for G-Wrap 1.9.X.
