how to build reports

You're going to need some programming experience (not much, but enough to
understand how to edit a program).  See the FAQ's, specifically the section
on custom reports.  There's not much out there, I'm afraid.  The most I've
ever done was to add a couple of fields to the Transaction Report.

You'll want to check out all the existing reports, see which has (at least)
the information you want, then edit that report to remove everything you
don't want.  At least, that's how I'd do it if I never programmed in Scheme
before.
