Building GnuCash on 64-bit failed

Interesting.

I just tried this branch on FC3 and it fails for me in exactly the
same way.  It has to do with Neil's changes to move goffice-config.h
to the top-level directory.  Unfortunately that doesn't work properly,
because all the goffice code is looking for goffice/goffice-config.h
(which obviously doesn't exist)!

I think the answer is to move the .h.in files back to where they were
before and conditionally put the .h into the AC_CONFIG_OUTPUT macro.
Unless Neil gets to it before I do I'll try to revert his changes and
get them to work again.
