Screwy stuff in invoices, bills, etc

It might also be related to loading a data file from 1.8 into 1.9 - especially 
if that data file was loaded (and converted when saved) into one of the early 
1.9.x versions. You could start fresh with an updated copy of the original 
1.8 file (you *are* using a backup of your 1.8 data, *not* the real file with 
the 1.9.x series?)

Also, create a new file in 1.9.x and test again.
