Fancy Invoice

When viewing the Fancy Invoice report, I get:

Phone: (111) 222-3333
Web: http://companysite.com

I've found how to change the lines:
Make all cheques payable to:
and
Direct all enquiries to: 
in the report options -> Display tab -> Extra Notes.

Where is the report looking to find the Phone and website details?
(Please don't tell me I have to edit the scheme!)
