Another docs bug

Noticed several more image naming errors;
in the "personal loan" section all the calls to figures are
"figure/loan_" while the files are named "loans_".

Specifically in ch_loans.xml of the guide search for "figures/loan_"
replace with "figures/loans_"

Hope to have updates for the Help files in a couple of weeks, if not
patch by then will include.
