help in german

Hi to all,
on my opensuse10.3 I can't open the help or the guide - not in english
language not in german. When  trying to open the help the KDE-Helpsystem
opens with following message:

Für /usr/local/share/gnucash/gnome/help/gnucash/C/gnucash-guide.xml ist
keine Dokumentation verfügbar.

What I read is that there is a *.xml-flie (it is!) but something is
missing to open.

I pull the gnucash-docs out of svn.

Is there a problem with my opensuse or do I miss something?
