OFX transaction using CLIENTUID works

Martin,

Sorry to take this long.

With the changes in the latest beta release of AQBanking and the SVN 
versions of GnuCash and gwenhywfar, I was able to successfully log in 
and download my account summary using a CLIENTID generated by Quicken 
for Windows. Header version 103 is required.

I am going on the assumption for now that we just have to generate a 
long random number for the CLIENTID.
