Testing a Windows build

Hi Derek,

it should have been fixed by r17783 on branches/2.2, the corresponding
bug is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=564928, and I thought
that it is fixed in the version below.  Is that incorrect?
