German translation 2

Hi,

I'd like to suggest, that in the in the 'Preferences' dialog, the
translation 'Voreinstellungen Kontenbuch' should be changed to
'Kontenbuch Voreinstellungen'. 
The advantage would be, that it is sorted together with 'Kontenbuch', 
to which it relates and what is the case in the English version.

There is also an inconsistency in the translation of 'Transaction
Journal' view of the register: 
- in the view menu and as buttonlabel it is called 'Vollständig' 
- in the Preferences dialog it is called 'Buchungsjournal'
