New Chinese (simplified) PO file for 'gnucash' (version 2.3.14)

Hi,

Oops, I think I sent the previous PO file to you, sorry about that. I get
the correct one, and 'make update-po' to update with latest pot file, and
complete the new strings' translations. And I sent it to you again.

Since, Christian is in vacation, anyone here can help me commit the zh_CN
translation into the svn. Thanks.
