If the SQL backends are going to be enabled/available for use, then I'd
also nominate https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=632166 for
consideration _before_ the 2.4.0 release.

Short version: converting a seemingly normal XML file to SQL can
incorrectly succeed and silently corrupt data.
