Not sure if you're interested, but I converted your HTML version of the 2.2 Help Manual into a PDF version. If you want to distribute it, that would be fine with me. I just wanted a PDF version for myself and thought others may want one too. If this violates any laws or rules, please just delete it. Thanks.
