New Report: Future Scheduled Transactions Summary

I've written a new gnucash report concerning the future values of Scheduled 
Transactions. The report required some additions in the SX code in gnucash, 
but those are now all available in current SVN trunk, fully working since 
r19547. The attached report will then print the summarized amounts for all SX 
that will appear in the future in a chosen time interval, for a chosen list of 
accounts. The report is mostly copied from account-summary.scm, so the display 
options are taken from there.

To test: Get SVN trunk r19547 or later and compile&install it. Copy the 
attached sx-summary.scm file to your installation in the directory  
$prefix/share/gnucash/guile-modules/gnucash/report/standard-reports/
Run gnucash. Test the "Report" -> "Future Scheduled Transactions Summary" 
report and enjoy.
