Documentation validation problem with commit #22557

I've a validation problem with commit #22557 [1]
Running xmllint there is a problem with this tag structure:

<publishername>&app; Documentation 
Team<email>gnucash-user at gnucash.org</email></publishername>

Element email is not declared in publishername list of possible children [2]

Maybe we can use a <link> tag instead of <email>?
