Sub Account Balance Column in 2.5.1

Historically the "balance" column in an "Open Subaccounts" view has just
been the "Split Balance", meaning the balance for the specific
subaccount.  It's not been a "running balance".

To make it a true running balance you would need to recompute each value
every time the register re-sorted.

I wonder if we should just remove the column..  Similarly, what about in
the GL (or Search Results) views?
