Ugly problem

So I do a screen shot for reference and there is hardly a difference, maybe a font difference but nothing big.  If anyone has experienced this, it would be nice to find out why it gets that way and hopefully make it better for the majority of users.

Can you clarify which one you don't like and which comes from where?

Also the screen shots don't look like they're the same thing as the photographs. Can you explain exactly what each is showing?
