Gnucash 2.6.11 on Windows

I recently upgraded from 2.6.4 to 2.6.11.  Before I did that, I made a copy
of c:\program files\gnucash and called it gnucash-copy.

Comparing the directory tree between the 2 versions, I found that 
gnucash\share\gnucash\scm\gnucash now exists.  It contains files in
gnucash-copy\share\gnucash\guile-modules\gnucash.  

Is the installation ok?  Should I expect this?
