However the webpage for this installer specifies some cmdline options that “work” – install the package anyway<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>the htmlhelp.exe installer specified in the script is v1.3 and won’t install because it appears a v1.4 is baked into windows 10 (?). Fails because a more recent version is already present.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'> <span style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>I’m currently stuck on downloading the prebuilt webkitgtk3 package.
