Side Note: When I installed it (version 1.3 I believe), at the end setup told me I had a newer version already installed, assuming as part of Visual Studio.</div>

When I ran the initial setup-mingw64.ps1 script, it failed to download htmlhelp.exe from the Microsoft servers (404 error).</div>

I commented that section of the script out to be able to continue on, figuring I would have to deal with it later.</div>
