Patch for src/engine/gnc-numeric.c

Hi folks--

Enclosed is a the second, of two, patch enabling compilation on Mac OS 
X with Apple's gnc-3.3

WIthout the patch, Apple's gcc-3.3 warns of implicit function 
declaration and compilation stops.

Rationale:
    atoll() is obsolete, use strtoll() instead..
