The very same thing here. mkinstalldirs has been modified by the local 
autotools since my first cvs checkout on this box. That's just the way it is. 
In other projects that file is not in cvs anyway because it is generated by 
your local autotools.

$ rpm -q autoconf automake
autoconf-2.57-137
automake-1.7.6-41

(aclocal belongs to the automake package.)
