Norwegian Translation file

Hello again,

Here comes a updated norwegian bokmaal file.

Went through almost 1200 fuzzy translations. Approx 10 of them were
usable. Many of the other was completely wrong and even with the total
opposite function.

I searched the Gnome site, and fount the norwegain bokmaal files as
nb.po for all the programs.

Should we also then rename the glossary file to nb.po?
