Generating QIF files

Yes it is; it has been for many years.  Along with this officialdom,
I get regular emails from RMS asking me to change this or do that.

Calling the java scriplets 'gnu.cash' is a really bad idea, because
the name is identical to gnucash, except for the easily omitted dot.

Something like QifCash or quick.cash gnu.quick.cash or qif.gnot.money
might be better.
