Stock Portfolio report

Hi.

I read Dave's message about this report not being the same it used to be in
1.4.x and his suggestion to try the Profit/Loss report.

I tried it and it does not give me the same amount of information the old
report had. Well, it doesn't really give any information about mutual funds,
even if you select them manually in the options.

In particular, would it be possible to re-add the "cost" column in order to
have the gain/loss figure for each fund/stock?
