I have just come back to Gnucash 1.6.5, and am very impressed with its 
functionality.  I have only two small niggles, which may have been fixed in 
later versions:

(a) There seems to be nowhere to set a global date format.

(b) When I am importing a QIF and select my file, the import dialog goes to 
the back, and I have to bring it to the front agai.

As I said, these are small issues, but they both affect QIF imports, which I 
do almost daily.
