You need to be more specific about what version of GnuCash you are
running. All the new user tutorial in GnuCash 1.6.x does is open's the
help which you can also access from the help menu -> GnuCash Users
Guide. In version 1.7.x (the alpha) the documentation has been disabled
for now as all new docs are being prepared.
