Need to re-reconcile

What version of GnuCash are you using?  I had this problem with 1.6.6. 
I would reconcile an account and then have it be slightly off the next
time I tried to reconcile it.  For example:

 - Acct1 is reconciled at the end of March at $500.
 - At the end of April when I try to reconcile Acct1 again, my "Ending
Balance" amount for the previous month is $520.  I then reconcile my
account normally, but my reconciliation is always $20 (or whatever; this
amount can vary) off.
 - The only way I can fix this is by adjusting my balance by $20. 
However, this is incorrect bookkeeping and it doesn't stop the problem
from happening to the same account in the future.  

I was going to ask this group about this problem when I was having it
but I decided to wait to see if the problem was still there after I
upgraded to 1.6.8.  Luckily, this did in fact fix the problem.  I was
then able to reconcile the account normally.  

So, to make a long story short, try upgrading to 1.6.8 if you haven't
already.  If this doesn't fix it then please reply with a little more
information about your problem.
