I was a little hasty there. It wasn't that they were going to refuse to
accept the checks, it's that they were going to start charging a fee for
hand-entering them, and since I went to a credit union in the first
place because I hate being nickel-and-dimed by banks, it amounts to the
same thing from my perspective.
