Shortcut Keys

Happy GnuCash user that I am, I could be slightly happier. I love the 
fact that Gnome (or GTK? whatever) allows you easily to assign shortcut 
keys to menu items. I've done that a lot in Galeon, Bluefish, etc. I've 
tried to do it in GnuCash, but they always disappear when I restart the 
program. Do I need to save them somehow? (Bluefish requires that, but 
Galeon does not.)
