Cross-reporting ?

Hmmm . . . I had noticed what you said on your previous post, but hadn't 
really thought it would be helpful. Since you insist, may I ask (remember, 
I'm not familiar with GnuCash) if the fields you mention might be used at 
month's end or yearend for grouping and summing up amounts under 
"fake-class" headings ?

I'd not be overly concerned if I had to use some kind of workaround, as 
long as I could somehow group and report transactions under the 
"pseudo-classes" . . .

In that case I might consider to forget about that damn ressurrection . . 
.  :D

It is not high on the radar, sorry.  There is some, but very little
call for such a feature.  As I said, you could use the Action, 
Description,
(split) Memo, or Notes fields for this...
