Hi Derek,

I agree with your statements. In my case, this vendor had no information 
whatsoever linked to it. It was a mistake on my part to enter them as a 
vendor. They should never have been in the system in the first place. I think 
in those cicumstances, a plain 'delete' should be allowed.
