Debian 1.8.2 install: missing libgal21

When using apt-get to try and upgrade gnucash from woody (1.6.6) to sid
(1.8.2), there seems to be a dependence on libgal21, which I can't locate
anywhere.

Please point me to a list message if this has already been discussed.
