Hi,
Sorry for the delay in responding....
I think this is just a bug in terms of counting columns, or it's
a display bug in GtkHTML. I can certainaly reproduce this problem
here when I increase the Account Display Depth from 2 to 3 (or 4).
Can you file a bug report at bugzilla.gnome.org about this problem?
