libguppi not found

Actually it's very likely I have two versions installed. If I do g-wrap-config --version it comes back 1.3.4 but the gnucash configure scripts shows it as 1.3.3. When I started getting the g-wrap message last night that apparently I should have ignored, I downloaded the 1.3.4 version and compiled and installed it thinking it must be missing. If I do have two versions, whats the best way to back both off and re-install?
