No account selectable when posting a bill (v1.8.5)

How do you have 3 years of data in your files?  The business code was
only released this year.  I have NO CLUE how you've been using the
business features up to now, but if you've been using the bill feature
without an AP account then yes, you've been using it incorrectly.
You're welcome to stick with 1.8.2, but you'll be EXTREMELY unhappy --
there are a LOT of bugs (including data corruption bugs) in that
version.

Note that you can just create an AP account and ignore your previous
history.  However I have no clue how you have that much history unless
you spent a lot of time entering it in by hand...

Well, sort of.. The "second" step is really the end of the first one.
It's really two steps:

1) Enter bill (via Business -> Vendor -> New Bill).  When finished, post to AP
2) Process Payment.
