End of year

For BUSINESS accounts, no, there is no way to do it, yet.  There is
some code in CVS (not back-ported to 1.8) for end-of-year book
closing, but I don't know how complete it is.  The current design
might also remove your ability to run multi-year reports (I'm not sure
about this).
