Gnucash crashes whith report

I ran into this problem recently with Fedora Core 1. Somewhere in my
~/.gconfd directory was a messed up configuration.  I never really
isolated it, but just move the whole tree asided and started fresh.
gconfd-1 would *not* launch until I did that.  Actually I moved
~/.gconf aside, too, but slowly moved most of the files back to
restore some of my preferences.

In any event, while the solution "launch gconfd-1" is correct, it may
take a bit of work to make it happen.
