Or build it yourself from the texi files.

I can't find the script I used myself now, but I used texi2html from the 
Debian toolkit:
http://texi2html.cvshome.org
or apt-get install texi2html

I think it's a simple option from the Texinfo content to output into one file 
or into many.

from man texi2html
 texi2html - a Texinfo to HTML converter
 -split chapter|section
                   Split the output into several HTML files (one per main 
chapter/section).

That looks about right.
