How to change the currency for an invoice?

As I said last time, you can't.  There is no UI to do that.  The
currency is pulled from the customer when the invoice customer is set.
You can change the invoice currency by changing the customer's
currency and then re-setting the invoice customer.  Note that this may
involve actually changing it twice (change to a different customer and
then back to the original one).
