Import of QIF file gets negative numbers?

To answer my own question - it turned out that the account
I imported to was of type "Income". Once I changed it to
"Bank" account the sign turned correctly to positive.
The account was assigned this type when I created the accounts
hierarchy using GnuCash's wizard. I suspect this is a bug on
GnuCash that such an account is marked as Income.
Should I report this somewere?
